Please Note: Below is a section asking you to check your "User Type". This refers to whether you are an Agency Staff, a Child Care Provider, or a Parent. Please be sure to choose the correct User Type that applies to you. This will help us to show content that more precisely meets your needs.

Also, please note that there are two sections below that ask for your address. Please fill out both of them. The regular Address section is for your mailing address. This is used during the ordering of products from our site. The Location section is the location of your business, if you have one. This is the physical location of your business and will be used to direct people to your business for services.
