The Home Visitor online certification training consists of 13 modules that allow you to learn at your own pace and fit your training into your personal schedule.  This one-of-a-kind training has been developed especially for individuals, like yourself, who visit homes for the purpose of observation, monitoring, and/or technical assistance. You will develop the valuable skills of communication, motivation, assertiveness and safety concerns along with many other skills, all written to assist you in becoming a more effective home visitor. The training is loaded with tools and strategies. You will develop skills to:

·       address a difficult situation

·       work with a hostile provider

·       motivate an unresponsive provider

·       deal with an unsafe environment

·       deliver an unpleasant or difficult message
